This handmade knitting squirrels tote bag so cute and it makes me laugh every time I see it. Have you ever wondered what those crafty little squirrels do in their free time when not scampering and not collecting acorns? Well, I think their arms are the perfect length for knitting, so that is what they are doing on this handmade tote bag that is sure to become your new favorite bag! Roomy, sturdy, and oh so cute!
I designed the print for this bag myself, so it is truly one-of-a-kind. Did I giggle the whole time I was drawing the knitting squirrels? Yes, I did! The adorable brown squirrels are knitting the green background of the tote.
The tote is fully lined with a coordinating brown polka dot print.
There is even a handy, bonus pocket inside the tote for even more storage!
I added extra layers of fabric between the main fabric and the lining of the tote to make it extra sturdy. I also triple-stitched all the seams for even more strength. This is not your ordinary tote bag!
